Team Coaching, Team Building, Leadership Empowerment and training project according to the needs of each individual company.

  • Segm. Corporate: 14-person middle management team
  • Need to improve collaboration of the group that is very competitive internally with strong individualisms, downstream of new high-potential entrants and new challenging goals
  • Two-day consecutive project and third follow-up day in the environment after 3 months
